By using Quiltify, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

Quiltify offers quilting and patchwork lessons, AI-powered identification of blocks and stitches from photos, and an assistant to answer your questions. The service is provided "as is" and may evolve over time.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your account access confidential.
• Provide accurate information when signing up.
• You must meet the minimum age required by the laws of your country.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not post content that is illegal, offensive or that infringes the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to circumvent, overload or exploit flaws in the service.
• AI-generated content is an estimate and may contain inaccuracies — check it before applying it.

4. User content

You retain the rights to the photos and text you submit. By posting in the community, you grant Quiltify a license to display that content within the app.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Premium features may be offered by subscription, with billing and renewal as disclosed at the time of purchase and under the app store's rules.

6. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for damages arising from the use of the educational content or of the AI's responses. The outcome of your projects depends on many factors beyond our control.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in the app or on the website.
