Account Deletion

How to delete your Quiltify account and data

You can delete your Quiltify account at any time, in two ways:

Option 1 — In the app itself (immediate)

  1. Open the Quiltify app and sign in to your account.
  2. Tap Profile.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.
⚠️ Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your progress, posts and photos will be erased.

Option 2 — By email (without access to the app)

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot access your account, send an email to privacidade@quiltifyapp.com with the subject "Account deletion", from the email address registered to your account. We complete the deletion within 15 days and confirm it by email.

What is deleted

  • Your account (name and email address).
  • Content you created: your community posts and their photos, your comments and likes, your profile photo, and the results of photo analyses made by the AI. (Messages to the AI assistant are not stored on our servers.)
  • Your lesson progress and other profile data.

What may be retained

  • Usage and diagnostic data in anonymized form (not linked to you).
  • Your subscription: deleting the account does not cancel it — cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.
  • Records we are required by law to keep, only for the legally mandated period.
